Vem Miller, the man who allegedly brought guns to Trump’s rally in Coachella, California, and presented a fake VIP pass, has been released from custody.
According to the Riverside Sheriff Jail Information Management System’s website, Vem Miller, the man who was arrested at a checkpoint at Trump’s rally for being in illegal possession of guns, has already been released on a $5,000 bond.
The Jail Information Management System(JIMS) recorded that Miller was booked and taken into custody at the John Benoit Detention Center on October 12 at around 8:00 p.m.
JIMS records also reveal Miller was released the same day from custody on a $5,000 bond and will have a subsequent court date on January 2, 2025.

“They were different enough to cause the deputies alarm,” Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco told the Southern California News Group on Sunday. “We probably stopped another assassination attempt.”
“Miller was taken into custody without incident and later booked at the John J. Benoit Detention Center for possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine,” the sheriff’s office said in the release. “This incident did not impact the safety of former President Trump or attendees of the event.”
Sheriff Bianco added in his interview with Southern California News Group that Miller is a registered Republican who said he is part of a right-wing anti-government group, and that the Las Vegas man considers himself a “sovereign citizen” beyond the reach of government control.
Miller was released Saturday on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to appear is scheduled to appear at the Indio Larson Justice Center in early January.
